Welcome, welcome!
Never roleplayed before? Feel like you need just a little extra help or a couple of pointers on a thread? You've come to the right place. Roleplay tutors are here to help you both as a writer and a roleplayer, and answer any questions you might have about the site or writing in general. Need help connecting to character? Perhaps you'd like a little guidance with description? All you need to do is post an introductory post in the Public Tutoring board and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
How Public Tutoring Works-
If you are happy for your tutoring session to be viewed by everyone, then you may make a post in the relevant board. Be sure to include your name, a writing sample and the specifics of what you feel you need help with. Try to get to the point and feel free to outline any general questions you may have. The title of the thread should specify what it is you need help with and it should not name a tutor; the tutor you will be working with will be assigned later based on how busy everyone is.
How Private Tutoring Works-
If you do not wish for other members of the forum to view your posts, then send me a PM by clicking on my name. I will then reply with the password to the private forum, which you must under no conditions spread around the members of the site. You may then start a post exactly as outlined above, however I will be taking on all of the private tutoring posts myself.
General Tutoring Rules-
1) If you are unable to meet a deadline set on a task, then all you need to do is let your tutor know. It's not a big deal. 2) If you wish to end a thread, let us know also so we can move the thread to the correct board. 3) Please do not disrespect any of the tutors or any other staff members - they give up their time to help you become a better writer.
We're all very friendly here so don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions at all about what is outlined above.
